What areas of Houston do you serve?
We work on homes anywhere in the Houston area. Much of our work is in Memorial and River Oaks, but we take on projects across the city and surrounding communities.
Do you work with architects, interior designers and builders?
Yes. Most of our projects start with the build team. We review plans early, provide technology and device layouts, and coordinate on site with your builder and electrician through handoff.
How much does a smart home system cost?
Every system is designed around the home and how you live in it, so we never price a project sight unseen. Every proposal starts with a walkthrough of your home or a review of your plans, followed by a detailed proposal showing exactly what goes where.
Do you provide lighting design and fixtures?
Yes. We design lighting in house and supply the fixtures on most of our projects. If a lighting designer is already on the team, we're happy to play second: we follow their plan and handle control, keypads and programming.
What brands do you install?
We are a Lutron Diamond Elite dealer, a Savant Elite Ambassador and an authorized Crestron dealer, and also work with Control4, Ketra, Sonance, James Loudspeaker, Sonus Faber, McIntosh, JL Audio, Sony and Samsung, choosing what fits each home best.
What do Cinergy Certified and Azione membership mean for me?
We are also CEDIA members and licensed by the Texas Department of Public Safety, Private Security Program, for alarm and access control (License B17906). Cinergy certifies firms against a peer-reviewed standard for design, documentation and client service. Azione Unlimited is a national group of leading integrators that shares training and direct manufacturer relationships. Together they keep our team current and accountable.
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes. Our membership plans include 24/7 remote support, with response times as fast as 10 minutes on our Signature plan. See the plans.
Will you take over a system another company installed?
Yes, case by case. We start by reviewing the existing system, and any project we take over is brought up to our minimum standards before we support it, so we can stand behind the whole system.
